Returns and Refund Policy

Communication and Refunds:

    • We will notify you if any part of your order is canceled or if additional information is needed.
    • If we cannot process your order within 45 working days, a refund will be initiated and will be resolved depending on the bank’s resolution period. 

Cancellation of Unprocessed Orders:

      • If a cancellation request is received before the order is processed/approved, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount.

Discouragement of Post-Processing Cancellations:

        • We prioritize efficient order processing and discourage cancellations after order processing.

Charges for Cancellation/Returns:

          • A ₹50 deduction will be applied for cancellations or returns of orders that have left the warehouse.
          • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will have a specified shipping charge limit mentioned during checkout.
